Your account
Provide accurate contact and organisation details and keep them up to date. Use an account you are authorized to manage and protect your login credentials. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Email verification is required before completing your business profile and submitting a trader application. Google sign-in and email/password sign-in are optional account methods; catalogue browsing remains available without an account.
Selections and quotations
Cart selections and quantity controls collect products for purchase. Where online checkout is available, you choose your delivery address, delivery method and an enabled payment method, then review the final total before paying through PayTabs or placing an order with an enabled payment-on-delivery method.
Cart subtotals are displayed in AED. Checkout checks current prices and availability and confirms applicable tax and delivery charges before submission. A saved cart or pending card payment does not confirm an order. Your order page shows whether the payment and order have been confirmed. Separate quotation requests submit requirements for our team to review and do not process an online payment.
Product information and availability
Product specifications, images, prices and stock are supplied through the catalogue’s synchronized data. They may change between browsing and quotation confirmation. Confirm technical suitability, quantities and current availability with our team before proceeding with an order. Contact support if a listing appears incorrect.
Trader and distributor applications
Trader access requires organisation details, supporting proof and approval through our ERP review process. Submit only documents you are authorized to share. An application is subject to review and may be approved, rejected or suspended.
Where trader pricing is available, access depends on verified account information and current approval status. Changes to approved organisation details or proof documents can require a new review. Public catalogue access remains available while an application is pending.
Responsible use
Use the website for legitimate product discovery and business enquiries. Do not impersonate another person or business, upload malicious or misleading documents, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. Account access may be restricted where needed to address misuse or security concerns.
